Product Overview

This kit raises the vehicle by approximately 40mm, improving ground clearance and allowing for larger tyres. It includes Pedders TrakRyder Foam Cell shocks, front coil springs, new rear leaf springs, supplementary air bags, and all necessary bushes and U-bolts for a complete upgrade.

Intended for vehicles with significant load variations, it offers a smoother ride unladen compared to stiffer rear springs. This makes it suitable for applications such as window cleaning vehicles carrying large water tanks that vary between empty and full.

Foam Cell Shock Technology

Foam Cell shock absorbers use a special foam saturated with oil instead of relying on pressurised gas. This design prevents aeration and cavitation, keeping damping forces stable across the full stroke. With greater oil capacity and improved heat dissipation, they resist fade, control temperature, and deliver reliable performance even under demanding use. Installation & Compatibility

The kit includes fully assembled Ezifit struts combining Pedders Foam Cell shocks, springs, top mounts, bump stops and boots for quick installation without the need for spring compressors or reusing old parts. It bolts in directly with supplied hardware. Wheel alignment is strongly recommended after installation to optimise vehicle performance.
