This suspension kit is designed for LC150 vehicles used for load carrying and towing. It improves load capacity, ground clearance, and towing ability with a 1.5 inch lift and advanced Foam Cell shock technology.
This kit is specifically engineered to support heavy-duty load carrying and towing, optimising rear axle performance with approximately 150kg constant load applied. It offers a moderate increase in ride stiffness when unladen, designed to enhance vehicle stance and provide better tyre clearance. Suitable for off-road use, it raises the vehicle approximately 30mm, improving ground clearance and allowing fitment of larger tyres. Vehicles with front-mounted accessories such as winches or bull bars may require customised springs to maintain proper ride height.
The pre-assembled front Ezi Fit strut assemblies simplify installation, eliminating the need for spring compressors or reusing old parts. This kit replaces original components without further vehicle modification.
Foam Cell shock absorbers use a special foam saturated with oil instead of relying on pressurised gas. This design prevents aeration and cavitation, keeping damping forces stable across the full stroke. With greater oil capacity and improved heat dissipation, they resist fade, control temperature, and deliver reliable performance even under demanding use. Their durability makes them well suited for heavy-duty, towing and off-road applications.
The front Ezi Fit struts come fully assembled, including new shocks, coils, top mounts, bump stops, and boots. This allows a straightforward bolt-in installation replacing original parts with no additional modifications such as cutting or welding required. A wheel alignment is strongly recommended after fitting to optimise vehicle handling and tyre wear.
This kit is designed for heavy-duty load and towing applications rather than comfort-focused suspensions.
Additional front accessories such as winches or bull bars may affect ride height; alternative springs may be necessary for correct stance and handling.
