Product Overview

This heavy duty kit raises the Hilux by approximately 40mm, offering better ground clearance and the ability to accommodate larger tyres, enhancing off-road performance. It is designed for vehicles carrying a constant load of approximately 300kg, improving load bearing and towing ability over the standard setup.

The kit includes Pedders TrakRyder Foam Cell shocks and new leaf springs to optimise handling under load and maintain suspension durability. It is suitable for both daily driving and demanding work conditions requiring constant load capacity.

Foam Cell Shock Technology

Foam Cell shock absorbers use a special foam saturated with oil instead of relying on pressurised gas. This design prevents aeration and cavitation, keeping damping forces stable across the full stroke. With greater oil capacity and improved heat dissipation, they resist fade, control temperature, and deliver reliable performance even under demanding use. Their durability makes them well suited for heavy-duty, towing and off-road applications.

Installation & Compatibility

The kit contains fully assembled Ezifit struts comprising the Foam Cell shock, spring, top mount, bump stop and boot, allowing quick, bolt-on installation without the need for spring compressors or re-using old parts. No vehicle modifications are necessary.

Following installation, a professional wheel alignment is strongly recommended to optimise vehicle performance and safety.
