Product Overview

This kit replaces the original rear springs and shock absorbers with upgraded components matched for heavy load use. It is engineered to raise the rear by 25-30mm when loaded around 300kg or more, improving control and reducing wallow during towing or loaded driving. The ride will be optimized for use under load, and a harsher ride may result if the vehicle is unladen. Vans used primarily for heavy-duty purposes will benefit most from this kit.

Campers or lightly loaded vehicles are generally not suitable, as they will not apply enough weight to benefit from the Heavy Duty kit. For loads exceeding 600kg, Pedders recommends their extra heavy-duty kit. If load varies widely, airbag kits are preferred to maintain ride quality both loaded and unladen.
