This kit is designed for Isuzu D-Max vehicles used heavily for load carrying and towing. It improves rear stance, ground clearance and towing capacity with a lift of approximately 40mm, enhancing off-road ability while supporting heavy loads.
This third-level heavy duty suspension kit raises the Isuzu D-Max by approximately 40 mm at both front and rear, improving ground clearance and vehicle stance. It is intended primarily for vehicles that run heavily laden most of the time, significantly enhancing load carrying and towing performance.
The kit includes front coil springs and new rear leaf springs that improve suspension compliance under load. It also accommodates larger tyres and improves off-road clearance. Operating the vehicle unladen with this kit is not recommended due to a harsher ride quality. The kit is suited to vehicles carrying a minimum rear load of 600 kg.
Foam Cell shock absorbers use a special foam saturated with oil instead of relying on pressurised gas. This design prevents aeration and cavitation, keeping damping forces stable across the full stroke. With greater oil capacity and improved heat dissipation, they resist fade, control temperature, and deliver reliable performance even under demanding use. Their durability makes them well suited for heavy-duty, towing and off-road applications.
The kit features fully assembled Ezifit struts that include a Pedders Foam Cell shock, spring, top mount, bump stop and boot. No spring compressors are required and no old parts are reused; installation is a simple bolt-on procedure. A professional wheel alignment is strongly recommended after fitting.
This kit is designed for heavy-duty use with a focus on load carrying and towing. It is not suitable for unladen vehicle operation due to ride harshness.
Heights should be measured as per product images. Actual height may vary with vehicle condition and fitted accessories such as winches or bull bars, which may require different springs.
