Product Overview

This kit includes Pedders TrakRyder Foam Cell shocks, front coil springs, new rear leaf springs, supplementary air bags, bushes and U bolts. It is designed to reduce rear sag when towing or carrying loads, improving stance and ground clearance by approximately 40mm. The air bags are supplementary and require inflation when heavily laden to restore optimal vehicle height.

The kit supports varying loads and ensures a level of ride comfort comparable to the standard vehicle when unladen, making it suitable for vehicles regularly facing significant load changes. It can also accommodate larger tyres and improve off-road clearance. For continuous heavy load use, an extra heavy duty kit is recommended.

Foam Cell Shock Technology

Foam Cell shock absorbers use a special foam saturated with oil instead of relying on pressurised gas. This design prevents aeration and cavitation, keeping damping forces stable across the full stroke. With greater oil capacity and improved heat dissipation, they resist fade, control temperature, and deliver reliable performance even under demanding use. Their durability makes them well suited for heavy-duty, towing and off-road applications.

Installation & Compatibility

The kit features fully assembled Ezifit struts with Foam Cell shocks, springs, new top mount, bump stop and boot for quick bolt-on installation without spring compressors or re-using old parts. No cutting or welding is required. A professional wheel alignment is strongly recommended after fitting for optimum performance.

Suitable for load carrying and towing use with occasional unladen operation; not suited for continuous maximum load without upgrade.
