This suspension lift kit is designed to raise the X-Class by approximately 35mm, improving ground clearance and vehicle stance. It includes Pedders TrakRyder Foam Cell shocks and new coil and leaf springs, aimed at maintaining ride comfort while enhancing load carrying ability.
This kit raises the X-Class by around 35mm, enabling better ground clearance for off-road and daily driving. It improves vehicle stance and can accommodate larger tyres. Designed to carry heavier loads than the factory setup, it suits those who tow or load frequently. The suspension components are matched to maintain ride comfort and handling balance.
Height measurements are based on a standard vehicle; additions such as winches or bull bars may affect these values and require alternative springs. For continuously laden vehicles, Pedders recommends their heavy duty options.
Foam Cell shock absorbers use a special foam saturated with oil instead of relying on pressurised gas. This design prevents aeration and cavitation, keeping damping forces stable across the full stroke. With greater oil capacity and improved heat dissipation, they resist fade, control temperature, and deliver reliable performance even under demanding use. Their durability makes them well suited for heavy-duty, towing and off-road applications.
The kit features fully assembled Ezifit struts that include Pedders Foam Cell shocks, springs, new top mounts, bump stops and boots. Installation requires simply bolting these components in place, replacing original parts with no need for spring compressors or other modifications. A professional wheel alignment is strongly recommended after fitment to ensure optimum vehicle performance.
This kit is comfort-focused with options available for heavy duty use for towing or constant load conditions.
Note: Final ride height may vary if additional front equipment such as winches or bull bars are fitted. Alternative spring rates may be required for such applications.
