Product Overview

This kit raises the Mitsubishi L200 by approximately 30mm, increasing ground clearance and improving vehicle looks. It features Pedders TrakRyder Foam Cell shocks combined with premium steel front coil springs and new rear leaf springs to enhance load carrying and towing capabilities.

Recommended for vehicles consistently operated under heavy load; unladen use may cause an overly harsh ride. It supports better tyre accommodation and is suited to off-road and heavy-duty applications where improved stance and durability are needed.

Foam Cell Shock Technology

Foam Cell shock absorbers use a special foam saturated with oil instead of relying on pressurised gas. This design prevents aeration and cavitation, keeping damping forces stable across the full stroke. With greater oil capacity and improved heat dissipation, they resist fade, control temperature, and deliver reliable performance even under demanding use. Their durability makes them well suited for heavy-duty, towing and off-road applications.

Installation & Compatibility

The front struts are fully assembled Ezifit units, including the Foam Cell shock, spring, top mount, bump stop and boot. Installation is straightforward with a bolt-on design requiring no spring compressors or reuse of old parts. A wheel alignment is strongly recommended after fitting to optimise vehicle performance.

This kit is suitable primarily for vehicles regularly carrying 150kg minimum load in the rear; unladen operation is not advised as it produces a harsh ride.
