Product Overview

This third level heavy duty kit raises the vehicle by approximately 40mm to improve ground clearance and support heavy load carrying and towing. It is intended primarily for vehicles regularly running heavily laden, where the rear sits low when towing or loaded. This kit is not recommended for unladen use, as it will result in compromised ride quality. It includes front coil springs, newly designed rear leaf springs, and all necessary bushes and U bolts. The increased clearance may also accommodate larger tyres. Installation with this kit results in an improved stance suited for tough operational demands.

Foam Cell Shock Technology

Foam Cell shock absorbers use a special foam saturated with oil instead of relying on pressurised gas. This design prevents aeration and cavitation, keeping damping forces stable across the full stroke. With greater oil capacity and improved heat dissipation, they resist fade, control temperature, and deliver reliable performance even under demanding use. Their durability makes them well suited for heavy-duty, towing and off-road applications.

Installation & Compatibility

The kit features fully assembled Ezifit struts, including Pedders Foam Cell shocks, springs, new top mounts, bump stops, and boots for quick and easy fitment. No spring compressors or re-use of old parts are required; simply bolt on. After installation, a professional wheel alignment is strongly recommended to optimise vehicle performance.

This kit is suitable for heavy laden use with a minimum recommended rear load of 600kg. It is not designed for comfortable unladen operation.
