Product Overview

This extra heavy-duty kit not only raises the vehicle but improves load-carrying and towing capacity for permanently mounted equipment such as service bodies, storage drawers, long-range fuel tanks or canopies. The lift sharpens vehicle stance and provides extra ground clearance suited to work environments.

A noticeably firmer ride may occur when driving unladen. For mostly unladen use, a comfort-focused alternative such as the Improved Ride Kit (803238) is recommended.

Foam Cell Shock Technology

Foam Cell shock absorbers use a special foam saturated with oil instead of relying on pressurised gas. This design prevents aeration and cavitation, keeping damping forces stable across the full stroke. With greater oil capacity and improved heat dissipation, they resist fade, control temperature, and deliver reliable performance even under demanding use. Their durability makes them well suited for heavy-duty, towing and off-road applications.

Installation & Compatibility

Ezifit struts are supplied pre-assembled with shock, coil spring, new top mount, bump stop and protective boot, enabling straightforward bolt-in installation without a spring compressor or re-use of worn parts. All components are direct replacements for factory items. A professional wheel alignment is recommended after installation.

This kit is designed specifically for vehicles carrying a constant 600 kg load over the rear axle; using it without sufficient rear weight may result in a significantly firmer ride and incorrect ride height.
