803239PA - with Assembled Adjustable Foam Cell Struts and Parabolic Leaf Springs (+306.04£)This heavy-duty suspension kit is engineered for Hilux vehicles carrying a constant 300 kg load over the rear axle. It improves towing performance, enhances load stability and increases ground clearance under consistent rear weight.
The kit is tailored to support vehicles equipped with permanently mounted equipment such as canopies, drawers or tools, helping maintain correct ride height and composure under load. The lift sharpens stance and provides additional ground clearance for towing and work environments.
A slightly firmer ride may be noticeable when driving unladen. If most driving is without rear weight, a comfort-focused alternative may be more suitable.
Foam Cell shock absorbers use a special foam saturated with oil instead of relying on pressurised gas. This design prevents aeration and cavitation, keeping damping forces stable across the full stroke. With greater oil capacity and improved heat dissipation, they resist fade, control temperature, and deliver reliable performance even under demanding use. Their durability makes them well suited for heavy-duty, towing and off-road applications.
Ezifit struts are supplied pre-assembled with shock, coil spring, new top mount, bump stop and protective boot, so no spring compressor or reuse of worn parts is required. Rear springs and hardware are direct replacements for factory components. A professional wheel alignment is recommended after installation for optimum tyre wear and steering response.
This kit is intended for vehicles with a constant 300 kg rear load; using it without sufficient rear weight may result in a firm ride and incorrect ride height.
Ride height may vary with accessories such as bull bars, winches or canopies. Alternative spring rates may be required for specific setups.
